I am now up-skilling and switching career path, in the direction of IT service management through the RiseUp with Servicenow, a 10 weeks intensive program.

Why Servicenow? Good question.

Because it builds on what I already love doing — helping people and businesses solve problems through technology. I’ve always enjoyed creating digital solutions and guiding others, and ServiceNow gives me a chance to take that further — improving processes, connecting teams, and making work smoother for everyone. It’s a natural next step that combines my technical skills, solution-finding mindset, and passion for people.

Asides from all these technical stuff, guess what?

I am also host and storyteller at Flagship, a boat cruise company based in Amsterdam. I use my people-skills to create an amazing experience of a lifetime for both guest and visitors, through storytelling about the city of Amsterdam, the culture, the architecture, the people and bicycles. Bonding and creating connections with humans from all over the world.

This has helped shaped my communication, empathy, and leadership skills even better.

When I’m not building or telling stories, I’m probably listening to music, sketching ideas (journaling), or reflecting on how to grow as a person. I’m big on balance — progress doesn’t have to mean burnout.
